Mission & Goals
The Swedish Wood Preserving Association is the trade association for companies that manufacture and develop wooden products with improved durability, for example impregnated wooden products. The association has approximately 70 member companies, mainly located in rural regions. Among our members are both larger industries such as SCA, Södra, Vida, Moelven, Bergs Timber and Derome, but also smaller entrepreneurial and family businesses such as Varberg Timber and Fyrås Trä & Impregnering. The purpose of the association is to safeguard the interests of member companies through, for example, training, information and monitoring industry issues.
