Mission & Goals
The Swedish Property Federation is the voice of property in Sweden. With 4 local property associations as members who in turn have approx 15 000 members owning commercial property and/or residential buildings. Members owning residential buildings include public and private landlords or tenant-owner's association. Our aim is a sustainable society. We work with topics that affect the property industry's prerequisites, above all we focus on three areas . - A well functioning real estate & housing market - Urban development and regional growth - Sustainability

Financial regulation affecting investors and property/real estate (eg AIFMD, EMIR, Solvency II, CRD/CRR, ELTIF, CMU, Sustainable finance) Enviromnental and energy regulations that affect property owners (Governance Energy Union, EPBD, EED, RES, Level(s), Sustinable buildings, CPR, Circular economy, Drinking water directive, Waste directive etc) Housing. Age-friendly buildings. European semester (property taxation, rental market reform, plannig and zoning reform) Construction 2020
