Mission & Goals
Stone Castle Vineyards and Winery is a cornerstone of Kosovo’s agricultural sector and a leading force in regional economic development. Founded in 1953, the company blends centuries-old winemaking tradition with modern practices to produce premium wines from its 2,200-hectare estate in the Rahovec Valley. Its mission extends beyond viticulture: Stone Castle aims to foster sustainable rural development, boost Kosovo’s export capacity, and drive innovation in agri-food systems. As one of Europe’s largest privately-owned wineries, with exports representing 60% of annual revenue, Stone Castle is committed to elevating Kosovo’s global reputation through high-quality wine production and sustainable agribusiness practices
