Mission & Goals

The Recreational Cannabis Foundation is an independent non-profit organisation based in the Netherlands. The foundation focuses on research, policy analysis and international dialogue regarding cannabis regulation. Its activities include monitoring regulatory developments, analysing legislative initiatives, facilitating knowledge exchange between stakeholders, and supporting evidence-based policymaking. The organisation promotes regulatory coherence, public health considerations and transparency in policy discussions at national, European and international levels. It engages with policymakers, civil society organisations and professional associations to contribute to informed dialogue on cannabis regulation and related cross-border policy issues.

EU Legislative Interests
