Mission & Goals
Stichting OPR manages press publishers’ rights (PPR) on behalf of a large part of the Dutch news media, thus offering Dutch news media more control over how their online news content is distributed and helping to prevent improper use of that news content. OPR’s collective management of PPR offers a central point in the Netherlands for rights holders to outsource rights management of PPR, as well as an outlet where internet platforms can obtain the licenses associated with these rights.
