Mission & Goals
Leiden University of Applied Sciences provides education for students and professional aged 17-67. Currently around 12.000 students attend our programmes and courses. LUAS has five knowledge centers which conduct practice-oriented research. LUAS works in close collaboration with companies, organisation and institutions for example in Leiden Bio Science Park and the larger Leiden region. Our focus areas are Health and Wellbeing, Safety, Sustainability and Education.
