The average staff costs for salary scale 12, according to the Dutch CAO for Universities of Applied Sciences in 2025 are 129.795 euro where are also social benefits included. We have 50% overhead costs which goes up to 65.000 euro yearly. Travel costs, hotel costs and per diems to cover 4 people activities yearly can go up to 30.000 euro.
