Mission & Goals
SDBN aims to protect and defend the privacy rights of citizens in the Netherlands and the EU more generally. We do so through strategic litigation aimed at large corporations that violate our right to privacy.
EU Legislative Interests
We are currently targeting the Digital Omnibus and specifically the implications the proposed changes have for the GDPR and AI Act.
