I received a feedback that these costs are too low – but this is the truth. We don't do any lobby activity, the merely reason why we submit this form is because we were invited to an AI onboarding session for MEPs. So yes: we don't have an office in Brussels, we are not paying for representation, we organise no events (yet sometimes we travel), we have no publications, the only thing I can think of is the our membership fee to ACTE (Association Civic Tech Europe) – this was €1,000 for 2023, it will be €2,000 for 2024. That's it.
