Mission & Goals

Die STA – Südtiroler Transportstrukturen AG ist ein landeseigenes Unternehmen der Autonomen Provinz Bozen – Südtirol. Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist es, die Infrastruktur und Organisation der öffentlichen Mobilität in Südtirol zu planen, entwickeln und betreuen. Wichtigste Aufgaben der STA: 1. Planung und Entwicklung von Mobilitätsprojekten 2. Infrastruktur der Bahn und Verkehrsknoten 3. Organisation und Information zur öffentlichen Mobilität 4. Marke und System „südtirolmobil“ 5. Projekte für nachhaltige Mobilität Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass STA nicht selbst Busse oder Züge betreibt, sondern plant, koordiniert und entwickelt die Infrastruktur und Systeme der öffentlichen Mobilität in Südtirol
