Mission & Goals

The Spitzenverband Digitale Gesundheitsversorgung e. V. coordinates consensus-building on the common interests of providers of digital health/nursing/rehabilitation services (includes digital health, nursing and rehabilitation care, digital health/nursing/rehabilitation applications, e-health services/apps, telemedical services) in the health/nursing sector as well as in prevention and rehabilitation. The association's overarching goal is to develop high-quality provision of digital healthcare services in Germany. The association is also part of the group of key umbrella organizations of manufacturers of digital health applications at federal level, which are formed to represent economic interests, and organizes discussion forums and similar formats to promote exchange and drafts statements on proposed legislation and press releases. It is in contact with representatives from science, the media, business and politics.
