At SPEEEX, our primary goal is to deliver high-quality end-to-end business services, including; Multilingual customer experience solutions, software development, digital marketing , SAP consulting and digital educational solution. EU Legislative Interests
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Ensuring full compliance with data privacy and security rules when processing customer data on behalf of clients across the EU. AI Act (Proposed) – Monitoring and preparing for implications related to the use of AI tools in customer support automation, including transparency and accountability requirements. Digital Services Act (DSA) – Staying aligned with content moderation, transparency, and data access policies, especially when offering outsourced moderation services to digital platforms. Working Conditions Directive / Platform Work Directive (Proposed) – Assessing potential impact on remote workers and flexible work models within the outsourcing sector. EU Skills Agenda / Youth Employment Initiatives – Engaging in youth employment and training programs that align with EU upskilling and labor market integration policies.
Communication Activities
Internal GDPR Awareness Campaigns: Regular training sessions and internal communications to ensure all employees handling client data are fully aware of GDPR principles and best practices. Includes onboarding materials, refresher courses, and compliance checklists. AI Readiness Workshops: Organized internal seminars on the upcoming EU AI Act, assessing how AI tools used in customer service (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis) may be impacted, and preparing operational teams accordingly. Employee Information Sessions on Labor Regulations: Informative sessions for HR and management teams on proposed EU directives related to platform work and remote working conditions, ensuring compliance and employee engagement with new standards. Participation in EU-Funded Skills Initiatives: Collaboration with local and regional programs aligned with the EU Skills Agenda, including promoting digital and language skills development for youth and job seekers, particularly through SPEEEX’s training academies.
