EU Legislative Interests
Infringement procedures Spain (INFR (2021) 4035), 2025 Rule of Law Report Spain, evaluation of the Anti-tax Avoidance Directive, FISC work on tax incentives and investments in the EU, and EU anti-avoidance tax rules, the role of simple tax rules and tax fragmentation in European competitiveness 2024/2118 (INI).
