To foster the development and implementation of Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS technologies), ensuring that Spain meets its emissions reduction commitments and develops a competitive industrial and economic CO₂ sector. To promote active and effective collaboration between the scientific, technological and industrial communities in Spain, and to connect them with international networks. To support the Spanish Administration on matters related to the CCUS sector. To promote a balanced public perception and provide objective, science-based information to society. To encourage long-term education, training, and high-level professional development in CCUS-related fields.
