Soundreef Ltd è una società costituita nel Regno Unito nel 2011 e che opera nell'UE anche attraverso delle filiali stabilite al suo interno. Autorizza le imprese ad utilizzare e diffondere musica in esercizi commerciali ed eventi live e raccoglie e distribuisce compensi per conto di autori, editori, etichette discografiche e artisti. Soundreef è un Ente di Gestione Indipendente (Independent Management Entity (IME) secondo la Direttiva EU 2014/26/EU) riconosciuta dall'Intellectual Property Office del Regno Unito che offre servizi alternativi a quelli delle tradizionali società di gestione collettiva dei diritti d’autore come SGAE, GEMA, SIAE e SACEM.
