Additional Information
Solstice Advanced Materials was incorporated on 30 October 2025 following its separation from Honeywell International Inc. As a newly formed legal entity, Solstice Advanced Materials has not yet completed a full financial year, and the financial fields in the Transparency Register relating to estimated annual costs are not available when declaring newly formed entity status. The activities falling within the scope of the Register were, prior to the spin-off, carried out within Honeywell, and the relevant team, mandate and operational responsibilities have been transferred to Solstice Advanced Materials. For this reason, the organization has a meaningful basis for estimating the annual costs associated with its EU-level interest-representation activities. For transparency, Solstice Advanced Materials notes that the estimated annual cost of activities covered by the Register for the current financial year is approximately 450,000 Euros, derived from the portion of Honeywell’s former public affairs budget attributable to the activities now performed by Solstice Advanced Materials. This estimate will be replaced with actual figures once Solstice Advanced Materials completes its first full financial year.
