Smart Technologies Ltd is a Malta-based technology solutions provider specialising in IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services, and business software integration. Smart Technologies partners with global technology leaders such as Microsoft, Oracle, HPE, Fortinet, and Aruba to deliver end-to-end solutions that help organisations enhance productivity, protect data, and achieve compliance with EU and international standards. Its offerings include local cloud hosting through Smart Cloud, data protection and recovery services, managed SOC operations, and integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) and property management systems (PMS).

Communication Activities
Smart Technologies regularly promotes awareness and understanding of EU digital and cybersecurity policies through educational and outreach initiatives in Malta. These include: Hosting and sponsoring cybersecurity and digital resilience events, such as Secure Talks Malta and client workshops focused on DORA and NIS2 compliance. Publishing blogs, guides, and video series (for example, Smart Talks) that explain EU regulatory impacts on businesses and encourage adoption of secure digital practices. Collaborating with partners and industry stakeholders to share best practices in cloud, data protection, and operational resilience. These efforts aim to help Maltese organisations align with EU policy objectives and strengthen their digital maturity.

Organisation Members
Smart Technologies Ltd does not operate as a membership-based organisation and therefore has no individual or corporate members. The company is part of the Smart Group, which includes Smart Technologies Ltd (IT solutions and managed services) and Smart Software Ltd (STS), the software development and integration arm of the group. Both entities are registered in Malta and work in close collaboration to deliver integrated technology, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions. Smart Technologies also collaborates with affiliated partners under co-branded initiatives such as Smart Cloud (in partnership with Melita Business) and Smart Saber, a managed Security Operations Centre service developed in collaboration with CY4 and Gurucul.
