Mission & Goals

SAG is an exclusive European network of airports, subsidiaries, research institutes and political actors. We work together to achieve common goals. We are a cross border group, working in the eu. Our first goal is to make airports more efficent by optimizing the IT systems. We use a cloud based solution that integrates most airport and airport operation activities in one system. This alone reduces the operational costs of the airport and supports the environment. For example: one check-in system for all carriers reduces the costs, limit the needed number of checkin counters and requires less personel training. Another example: cloud software reduces the risks of cyberattacks, business disruption and costs less energy. Optimizing processes will reduce the required energy of the operation. This project is registered at Interreg. Our second project is project green flight. Here we will focus on sustainable aviation. For this we are creating a network of european airports that (...)
