Mission & Goals
The Small Arms Survey is a global centre of applied research whose mandate is to generate evidence-based, impartial, and policy-relevant knowledge on all aspects of small arms and armed violence. It is the principal international source of expertise, information, and analysis on small arms and armed violence issues, and acts as a resource for governments, policy-makers, researchers, and civil society.

Additional Information
The Survey receives EU funding for the execution of a series of projects, either alone or as part of consortia. The grants are dedicated to project implementation and, other than overhead costs, do not cover operating costs.
