Mission & Goals

The company’s purpose is to acquire and manage equity interests, including buying and selling investments in entities on its own behalf and in its own name (not on behalf of third parties), within the scope of project development and related advisory services, specifically for the construction and operation of energy systems. This includes establishing, acquiring, and divesting project companies—both domestically and internationally—that develop, operate, or finance energy systems, with a particular emphasis on solar and wind projects. Furthermore, the company is involved in building and providing asset management for its own energy systems as well as those of third parties. By doing so, the company seeks to significantly support Ukraine’s transition to renewable energy, in line with the nation’s objective to rebuild and modernize its energy grid. This encompasses a focus on stability, security, decentralization, closer integration with the EU, and prioritizing clean energy solutions.
