Mission & Goals

Skillman.eu is addressed to introduce skills, competences and innovative curricula for the advanced manufacturing sector within the VET pathways. The network connects industry and training providers with civil society and gives support services that drive growth and effectiveness for its members. Skillman.eu is a Sector Skills Council EASC ’s affiliates launched in 2015 grown to more than 600 members at the end of 2021. The skillman partners own a European outreach and expertise and a deep competence in vocational skills anticipation in supply, training, and qualification design. The approach of the skillman.eu members is to combine a solid knowledge of skills needs and training practices with a well organised systemic and sector-related information system. The network is joined by industry leaders, VET providers, universities and other networks that also represents other organisations worldwide.
