Mission & Goals
SIROS Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Stockholm, founded in February 2025 with a simple but ambitious goal; To build the next generation of digital identity for the Internet: open, privacy-preserving, portable, and accessible to all. We believe digital identity should empower people, not control them. It should be safe, easy to use, and work across borders and platforms, just like the Internet itself. Our approach ensures that identity stays in the hands of the user, encrypted end-to-end with no backdoors and no data collection.
