Communication Activities

-Participation on the EU public consultation on a “highly effective measure to tackle the negative trade-related effects of global overcapacities". -Following our group’s initiative, we participated in the redaction and signature of the French “Non-Paper” (via ENXE-the Greek steel Association & the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs) under the title “Non-paper from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Spain on the new trade protection framework for the European steel industry". -Initiative via the ENXE-the Greek steel Association and the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs so that the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic Diplomacy send a letter to the political level, to VP Séjourné and Commissioner Sefcovic outlining the key elements for a highly effective measure and for their support on the adaptation by EU of a highly effective, capacity-related EU steel trade measure to tackle the negative trade-related effects of global overcapacities for the European steel producers.
