Mission & Goals
The purpose of the association is to promote Shiva Consciousness in Belgium and Europe. Right of expression, equality between any faith community, equality between men and women, transgender equality, LGBTQI+. Offer yoga and meditation classes etc. The Shiva Forum Europe is opposed to the caste system. Inter-religious dialogue is an important pillar in the forum. The forum serves to give all Faith communities, even Atheists a platform to express themselves. The Forum also aims to strengthen and support minority groups even indigenous groups wherever they may reside. Our mission is to unite all religious associations or communities, philosophical and non-confessional organisations in Belgium and Europe. Promoting Women & Youth Empowerment. Helping refugees by teaching them the European Values and to give them emotional, spiritual and psychological guidance. Combating environmental degradation by focusing on environmental sustainability and helping nature to stabilize and revive.

- Article 17 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU - Civil liberties - Giving religious minorities a platform to be heard by the EU. - Non-discrimination on the grounds of religion and belief in the EU - Legislation in relation to Traditional and Ayurvedic Medicine - Freedom of religion - Empowerment of young people and women - No caste system in the EU - DSA/DMA and its effects on Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Religion or Belief - General Data Protection Regulation - European Data Governance Act - European Green Deal (European Climate Law, European Climate Pact) - Situation of religious freedom/persecution of religious minorities in third countries (European Parliament, EEAS) - The New proposed EU Pact on Migration and Asylum, and related initiatives - European Parliament Framework of ethical aspects of artificial intelligence, robotics and related technologies.
Communication Activities
We have actively participated in a Peace Conference in South Korea, also Freedom of religion or belief Conferences in Europe at European Parliament and in Panama at the Panamanian Parliament. Kaiciid event at the European Parliament, 'Why words matter', also a Youth Conference in Rotterdam. Participated in events from Soar Project funded by the European Commission. We ourselves have organised a Faith & Peace dialogue with the Mayor of Oudenaarde and 13 different religious groups. We have organised Yoga, Meditation and Mantra events for the public. We have organised Saint-Nicholas for the the children with a poor background. We have been guest speakers about Sanatana Dharma, Shiva Consciousness, peace and religious dialogue. We have been teaching in secondary schools about Sanatana Dharma, Shiva Consciousness, peace and religious dialogue.
