Health Cybersecurity Advisory Board of the Commission’s Directorate-General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (‘DG CONNECT’) policy areas and legislation – cybersecurity (eu) • network and information security, including the nis and "NIS2 DIRECTIVES" • resilience and protection of critical entities and critical infrastructure (CER DIRECTIVE) • cybersecurity of digital products, software and ict services (EU CYBERSECURITY ACT, EU CYBER RSILIENCE ACT) • digital operational resilience and ict risk management, including sector-specific frameworks such as DORA • cybersecurity in the context of cloud computing, data access and data sharing (EU DATA ACT, EU DATA GOVERNANCE ACT) • protection of personal data and information security under the GDPR • prevention and combatting of cybercrime and attacks against information systems • eu cybersecurity strategy and cooperation on cyber and hybrid threats • cybersecurity certification, standards and conformity assessment within the european union • governance, supervision and incident reporting obligations related to cybersecurity
