Mission & Goals
Service Union United PAM is a trade union for people working in private service sectors in Finland. PAM is the second biggest trade union in Finland, it has about 190.000 members. PAM negotiates collective agreements for service sectors. PAM improves the impact of employees on work, the workplace community, safety at work and business development. PAM promotes democracy, fairness and social security nationally and internationally. PAM is affiliated to the following European and global trade union organisations: European Federation of Food, Agriculture and Tourism Trade Unions EFFAT, IUF, UNI Europa, UNI Global Union and European Association of Pharmacy Technicians EAPT.
