Driven by a deep commitment to public health and equity, we are building a non-profit generic drug manufacturer with a simple yet powerful mission: to ensure essential medicines are affordable and accessible to everyone. Inception and Vision --------------------------- Inspired by the success of Civica Rx, which has treated over 80 million patients in just a few years, Secured Therapeutics is poised to address critical vulnerabilities in Europe's essential drug supply chain. We are establishing a mission-driven, non-profit model focused on producing essential medicines for hospitals, safeguarding public health, and ensuring equitable access for all.
EU Legislative Interests
The Critical Medicines Act aims to mitigate drug shortages in the EU. To achieve this, we propose implementing a proven and scalable Healthcare Utility model. This model has been shown to effectively address drug shortages and will significantly improve the resilience of critical medicine supply chains within the EU. The Healthcare Utility Model is more than a concept—it’s a movement to rewrite the rules of healthcare for billions. By harnessing the ingenuity and rapid pace of private-sector entrepreneurial innovation, It doesn’t just create another technical solution; it creates a sustainable, scalable system that redefines access, equity, and impact in healthcare.
