Mission & Goals
De vennootschap heeft als doel, zowel voor eigen rekening als voor rekening van derden of in deelneming met derden, zowel in België als in het buitenland: Consultancy-, beheer- en managementactiviteiten Het beheer en de uitoefening van alle activiteiten van dienstverlening, advies en management in de meest ruime zin, aan alle fysieke of rechtspersonen met inbegrip van: - het verlenen van leiding en van adviezen van financiële, technische, commerciële of administratieve aard, rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks, op het gebied van management en consultancy, projectbegeleiding, expertise en andere gebieden, en dit alles in de meest ruime betekenis; - de vertegenwoordiging en belangenverdediging in de meest ruime betekenis; - alle mogelijke activiteiten die verband houden met het verlenen van consultancy, opleiding, studies, bijstand en technische expertise.
