Scarlet NB B.V. is an EU notified body, designated under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (medical devices). Scarlet is also seeing designation under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). Our goal is to hasten the transition to universally accessible healthcare, by enabling manufacturers to get their life changing technology to the people who need it, through safe and efficient conformity assessment.
