Mission & Goals
The Confederation is fighting for establishment of following objectives and tasks: - Economic and working safety of employees, - Employment and establishment of higher rights from work and by virtue of work, - Protection of basic human, trade union rights and freedoms as well as independence of the trade union movement, - Fight against all forms of abuse and discrimination at work and based on work, - Promotion and improvement of the occupational health and safety, - Providing legal assistance and protection of rights of employees established by law, - Development of social dialogue and collective agreement at all levels, - Professional and trade union trainings of the members and trade union employees, - Providing information to trade union members and public on important issues referred to the position of employees, - Improvement of international trade union cooperation.
EU Legislative Interests
- Improving working conditions of persons working through digital labour platforms, - Prohibiting products made with forced labour on the Union market, - Union of equality: standards for equality bodies in the field of equal treatment and equal opportunities between women and men in matters of employment and occupation, - Improving working conditions of persons working through digital labour platforms, - Protection of workers from asbestos.
