Mission & Goals
Our organization strives for maximum efficiency and providing the best experience in the solar energy sector. With over 12 years of experience, we focus on the installation of solar power plants and heat pumps. We actively utilize research, development, and process optimization as a key approach to achieving our main goal: to be maximally effective in delivering our services. Our organization operates at both the National and European levels, serving all of Lithuania ("Dirbame visoje Lietuvoje"). We also possess experience working in the Netherlands, which confirms our ability to execute projects beyond our home country. Our installation teams are strategically based in major cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda), ensuring efficient coordination and high-quality services nationwide.
EU Legislative Interests
Key EU Policies We Plan to Target: 1) European Green Deal and "Fit for 55" Package - we plan to focus specifically on the parts related to increasing targets for renewable energy and energy efficiency. 2) Renewable Energy Directive (RED III) - we plan to support efforts to increase the share of renewables, simplify permitting procedures, and promote prosumer development.
Communication Activities
Our planned communication efforts will focus primarily on the Renewable Energy Directive (RED III) and the "Fit for 55" package. Our activities will involve active participation in public consultations by preparing and submitting formal position papers, specifically addressing the simplification of permitting procedures under RED III and the energy efficiency ambitions of the "Fit for 55" package. Additionally, we will develop and disseminate analytical publications and research highlighting the essential role of prosumers and the benefits of rooftop solar in achieving the goals of the European Green Deal.

Member Of
Our organization is actively engaged with key industry players and financial institutions. We collaborate directly with leading international solar manufacturers, such as Sungrow, Trina Solar, and JA Solar, serving as official representatives to ensure high-quality equipment and warranty services. Furthermore, we participate in the Solarplaza Network and receive funding support through European initiatives like InvestEU via financial intermediaries, including SME Bank. Organisation Members
Our organization is a Limited Liability Company (UAB). We are not members of any association or federation and do not have external "members" in the sense defined by the Transparency Register (e.g., a membership organization). UAB "Saulės Grąža" is the sole legal entity conducting all communication activities described in this application; we do not use any other affiliated organizations for the purpose of representing interests before EU institutions.
Additional Information
This estimate represents the proportional salary cost of 0.5 FTE (including the Director of Development's 50% time) plus anticipated costs for travel to Brussels, materials preparation, and administrative overhead directly related to our EU advocacy.
