This declaration includes costs relevant to the Transparency Register that are incurred by Sanofi in and beyond our EU Office, i.e. expenses linked to our business units’ activities that fall within the scope of the register. This includes position papers and articles, background research, events, etc, including costs incurred by intermediary contracts. We have also included the percentage calculation of time spent on activities covered by the Register by employees of the company based outside our EU Office in Brussels.
