EU Legislative Interests

Following and trying to incorporate EU's human rights policies and attempting to seek advantage out of the latest Action Plan to strengthen human rights defenders and civil society actors, to ensure human rights and democracy is respected, especially in Bahrain, through advocacy and cooperation with the EU.

Communication Activities

Reports produced: Revocation of Nationality in Bahrain report (link: http://bahrainsalam.org/?p=651); Comparison of Bahrain's domestic legislation with International Standards; Activities: Participation in side events on Human Rights; Attend EU Parliament to examine latest developments; Attend UNHRC council; Cooperate with other NGOs to train Bahrainis and other Arab societies, and produce reports and other literature; Pressure authorities to respect HR of victims adversely effected - usually by way of communication and social platform campaigns.
