Mission & Goals
Amerocap LLC in an US investment company focused on energy and natural resources. Amerocap LLC owns Verde Magnesium LLC (a spin-off of Amerocap Mining Ventures LLC) which is a dedicated investment vehicle in Critical Raw Materials (CRM). Verde Magnesium LLC owns 70% of the shares of S.C. Verde Magnesium S.R.L. (previously known as S.C. AMV Magnum S.R.L.) whose scope is to develop a sustainable & integrated mining and advanced processing project in Romania for metallic Magnesium production; the balance of 30% is owned by a Romanian company, ICO Magnesium SRL. Verde Magnesium holds the Mining License 28032/04.12.2024 for Dealul Pitigusului - Budureasa perimeter, Bihor County Romania. Verde Magnesium was awarded as a Strategic Project by the European Commission in 2025 for Extraction and will also apply for the recognition as Strategic Project for Processing in 2026, both for Magnesium as a Strategic Raw Material.

Communication Activities
We are an active member of European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA) and participating in various working groups supporting the efforts to offer Commission industry views re policy to be implemented in order to enhance the development of a competitive CRM sector in EU. We are in contact with DG Grow looking for their support and guidance in order to implement our our Strategic Project in Romania. We are an active member of Euromines, Patromin and International Magnesium Association.
