Mission & Goals
RoRiMo B.V. is a European Social Impact Company with a mission to create a proactive "Operating System for Public Safety." Our primary goal is to provide a practical, data-driven model to accelerate the achievement of the EU's Vision Zero targets. We aim to offer an ethical, transparent, and rights-compliant technological alternative for enhancing internal security. Furthermore, our mission includes promoting a new, sustainable economic model—the Policy-Driven Platform (PDP)—designed to generate "Impact Capital" for solving critical societal challenges.
EU Legislative Interests
As a cross-disciplinary initiative, RoRiMo's activities and interests are primarily focused on, but not limited to, the following key EU policy areas and legislative files: Transport & Road Safety (DG MOVE): Specifically, policies related to Vision Zero, the deployment of intelligent transport systems (ITS), vehicle safety regulations, and the reduction of road fatalities and injuries. Home Affairs & Internal Security (DG HOME): Policies concerning cross-border security, counter-smuggling, counter-trafficking, and providing ethical, technologically advanced tools for law enforcement and border management agencies like Frontex. Justice, Fundamental Rights & Data Protection (DG JUST): The implementation of the GDPR and the upcoming AI Act, ensuring that new technologies enhance public safety while rigorously protecting fundamental rights and data privacy. Internal Market, Industry & Innovation (DG GROW): Policies related to industrial strategy, the development of new, sustainable economic models (Social Impact Companies), and fostering a competitive European technology ecosystem. Research & Innovation (DG RTD): The role of public-private partnerships and the creation of new research platforms to address major societal challenges. European Green Deal: The contribution of efficient driving habits and logistics optimization to the EU's decarbonization goals.
Communication Activities
RoRiMo B.V. engages in activities aimed at contributing to the EU policymaking process in a transparent and constructive manner. Our approach is based on providing data-driven insights and demonstrating functional, real-world models rather than traditional lobbying. Our activities include: Engaging with EU institutions and agencies to present our policy-driven platform, research findings, and technological models. Providing expert analysis and case studies on the practical implementation of proactive safety systems and new, sustainable economic models. Participating in public consultations, expert groups, and hearings related to our fields of interest. Publishing our own research, data, and findings on our official blog and in relevant scientific and professional journals to contribute to the public and expert discourse. Building partnerships and coalitions with other non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to solving complex societal challenges.

Member Of
RoRiMo B.V. was initiated by its founder as a private individual and has not received any financial support, grants, or sponsorship from third-party organisations. Our mission is to serve the public good, and our operational model is based on self-sustainability. We are, however, an active member of and maintain a professional dialogue with the following key professional and community organisations: European Road Safety Charter (ERSC): We are a committed member, actively contributing to the European road safety community. Közlekedéstudományi Egyesület (KTE) - Hungarian Scientific Association for Transport: Full membership in Hungary's most significant scientific body for transport. Furthermore, we are in active dialogue or professional engagement with a number of national and international bodies to align our road safety mission, including: United Nations (UN): We are in communication with the Secretariat of the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Road Safety regarding our contribution to the Decade of Action program. Hungarian National Stakeholders: We actively engage with key Hungarian road safety bodies such as the National Police (ORFK), the Institute for Transport Sciences (KTI), Hungarian Public Roads (Magyar Közút), the National Accident Prevention Committee, and the Hungarian Automobile Club.
Organisation Members
RoRiMo B.V. is a Social Impact Company under formation and is not a membership-based association. Our core team consists of the founder and a group of dedicated volunteers. Our key partners and dialogue affiliations are listed above.
Additional Information
As a newly established entity, RoRiMo B.V. does not have a closed financial year to report. The initial activities, including research, development, and interest representation, are currently funded entirely by the founder's own resources on a voluntary, mission-driven basis. Our financial model is fundamentally different from traditional commercial enterprises. As a Social Impact Company, our objective is not profit-maximization for shareholders, but the creation of self-sustaining "Impact Capital" to be reinvested into solving societal challenges. Consequently, our current budget and costs associated with interest representation are minimal, reflecting this foundational, non-commercial, and voluntary phase of our mission.
