Additional Information

Romanian Innovation Cluster is a small non-profit association based in Romania. Our interest representation activities vis-à-vis EU institutions are limited in scope and frequency. They consist primarily of participation in online public consultations, occasional written submissions to European Commission initiatives, and attendance at EU-organised events related to AI, digitalisation and innovation policy, most of which are free of charge or covered by event organisers. We do not employ dedicated lobbying staff. The time spent on EU-level interest representation activities represents a minor fraction of our total staff time. We do not travel regularly to Brussels for lobbying purposes and we have not engaged any external intermediaries. We therefore confirm that the estimate of < €10,000 accurately reflects our annual costs for activities covered by the Register, including a proportional allocation of staff time and related office costs.
