EU Legislative Interests
Ripple follows the Market Integration Package, particularly proposals for centralised supervision of CASPs and the DLT Pilot Regime. We also take an interest in the digital euro, PSD3/R, FiDA, and future review of MiCA.
Communication Activities
Participated in public consultations; participated in a public summit regarding the digital euro for Blockchain for Europe; participated in public summit (held in Parliament) regarding NFTs for Blockchain for Europe. Ripple participates in public consultations and summits, engages bilaterally with EU policymakers, publishes papers and articles, and works through interest organisations such as Blockchain for Europe.
