Communication Activities

RINF.tech has engaged in the following communication and outreach activities related to EU digital policy files: Events attended as industry participant: RINF.tech has participated in Romanian Digital Day (4th edition, 2026), an event on the European digital policy calendar focused on EU digital competitiveness, AI governance, and the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028–2034. This event directly addresses the Digital Omnibus, Digital Networks Act, EU AI Act implementation, and cybersecurity policy. Industry positioning and publications: RINF.tech has developed internal position papers and client-facing materials on the EU AI Act (notably Article 12 audit trail obligations and governance requirements for high-risk AI systems), framing its "AI you can control" service proposition in terms of EU AI Act compliance for regulated industries in DACH and French markets. Industry association membership: RINF.tech is a member of COVESA (Connected Vehicle Systems Alliance), the global industry consortium defining open standards for connected vehicle software and data architectures. RINF's membership is directly relevant to EU policy files on software-defined vehicles, automotive cybersecurity (UN ECE WP.29 / ISO 21434), and the Digital Networks Act insofar as it governs connected mobility infrastructure. Partnership and consortium engagement: RINF.tech is engaged as a consortium-ready partner in Horizon Europe and KDT JU grant preparation activities, working with Intel (Gold Partner, 8 years) and ASRock Industrial (IEC 62443-certified) on on-premises AI inference infrastructure for regulated EU environments. These activities are preparatory to formal submissions under EU R&D funding instruments. Consultation participation: RINF.tech monitors and tracks Commission roadmaps and public consultations in the areas of AI governance, cybersecurity, and data governance as part of its policy intelligence function. [If a REG number has been provided in any consultation response, reference it here.] Transparency Register registration: RINF.tech is registering in order to be eligible for structured engagement with EU institutions on digital policy and AI governance topics, including participation in relevant Commission expert groups and Parliament committee activities as opportunities arise.
