Mission & Goals
Reitan Retail is a European retail group operating in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden through well-known brands such as REMA 1000, Narvesen, 7-Eleven, Pressbyrån, R-kioski, Caffeine and Uno-X Mobility. We operate in discount grocery, convenience and mobility formats and aim to be close to people’s everyday lives. Our purpose is clear: Together, we make everyday life a little bit easier and the world a little bit better. We combine strong values, efficient operations and local ownership to create sustainable value for society. EU Legislative Interests
Reitan Retail’s interest representation primarily concerns EU initiatives and legislative proposals related to: Environmental sustainability and circular economy in retail Food systems and sustainable consumption Packaging, waste management and product design Responsible business conduct and corporate due diligence Labour rights, workforce inclusion and social dialogue Digital transformation and consumer rights in commerce Infrastructure for low-emission transport and alternative fuels Energy efficiency and emissions reduction across operations Retail market access, competition and internal market regulation Transparency, traceability and sustainability in supply chains
