Mission & Goals

Regsearch AI is a Luxembourg based technology company focused on automating risk and compliance processes through Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company’s mission is to help regulated entities embed assurance, regulatory compliance and risk mitigation directly into the AI lifecycle, making oversight, transparency and accountability measurable in real time. Regsearch AI develops AI systems aligned with major EU regulatory and security frameworks, including the EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR and ISO/IEC 42001. In parallel, Regsearch AI actively collaborates with regulators, policymakers and industry groups to contribute to the responsible deployment of AI systems across Europe, supporting the development of practical standards for AI governance, ethical AI and digital trust.

Communication Activities

Regsearch AI actively contributes to the European and international dialogue on AI governance, regulatory alignment and responsible innovation through events, publications and expert collaboration. Our communication activities include: Participation in multi-stakeholder events and consultations organised by the European Commission, CNPD Luxembourg and the Luxembourg AI Factory, focusing on implementation of the AI Act, GDPR and DORA. Presentations and workshops at policy and industry events such as RE.M.I (Regulation Meets Innovation) and the BankenTech Conference, highlighting operational models for embedding AI risk mitigation into the lifecycle. Engagement through the Global Council for Responsible AI (GCRAI), where Regsearch AI represents Luxembourg to support global cooperation on ethical, transparent and trustworthy AI frameworks. Contributions to working groups on transparency, AI ethics and continuous assurance in relation to the AI Act and Cyber Resilience Act. Dissemination of insights through publications, technical briefs and digital channels to advance understanding of responsible AI and regulatory compliance automation. These efforts are non-commercial and focused on supporting a transparent, secure and trustworthy European AI ecosystem aligned with EU legislative priorities.

Regsearch AI is an active member and contributor to the following organisations and initiatives: • CNPD Luxembourg / AI Factory – RE.M.I. (Regulation Meets Innovation) – leading the working group “Responsible AI: Embedding Risk Mitigation into the AI Lifecycle” to operationalise Responsible AI in alignment with the EU AI Act. • Luxinnovation GIE – collaboration within Luxembourg’s national innovation ecosystem on explainable and compliant AI systems. • Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC) – cooperation on AI assurance, resilience and risk management initiatives. • Digital Learning Hub Luxembourg (DLH) – engagement in AI literacy, oversight and responsible innovation programmes. • Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) – member from November 2025, contributing to FinTech and RegTech innovation with a focus on AI-driven risk and compliance automation. • TechQuartier (Frankfurt) – member of the European innovation hub fostering collaboration across the AI, FinTech and RegTech sectors. Individual professional memberships held ALCO – Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers – professional member contributing to the community of compliance experts on risk management, DORA and AI governance. Global Council for Responsible AI (GCRAI) – serving as the Luxembourg Ambassador, contributing to global standards and governance frameworks for trustworthy and transparent AI. British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg (BCC) – active member supporting dialogue on digital transformation, regulation and innovation between the UK and Luxembourg.

Additional Information

Regsearch AI is a privately funded company in an early growth phase. The declared amount reflects only the estimated staff time and minor administrative expenses linked to participation in EU and national working groups on Responsible AI and related regulatory innovation activities. No EU or public funding has been received. Most engagement is carried out on a pro bono basis to support policy dialogue and the operationalisation of EU digital and AI governance frameworks.
