Mission & Goals
Rail Baltica is a greenfield rail transport infrastructure project with a goal to integrate the Baltic States in the European rail network. The project includes five European Union countries – Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and indirectly also Finland. It will connect Helsinki, Tallinn, Pärnu, Riga, Panevežys, Kaunas, Vilnius, Warsaw. The Baltic part of the Rail Baltica project is referred to as the Rail Baltica Global Project. RB Rail is the coordinator of the Rail Baltica global project implementation.

The main EU legislative proposals and policies targeted focus on the rail sector, emphasizing project financing, access to EU funding, and compliance with technical specifications. Key initiatives aim to streamline investment processes, support sustainable infrastructure development, and ensure interoperability and safety across national rail networks in line with European standards.

Rail Baltica actively took part in numerous international and local events, including international fairs and conferences, providing visibility and offering versatile formats for engagement with existing and potential partners, NGOs, suppliers, media, business networks, government officials, and other relevant stakeholders.
