Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on substantiation and communication of explicit environmental claims (Green Claims Directive), Revision of Regulation (EC) No 1406/2002 establishing a European Maritime Safety Agency, Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/16/EC on port State control, Proposal for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2009/21/EC on compliance with flag State requirements, revision of the Directive 2005/35/EC on ship-source pollution and on the introduction of penalties, including criminal penalties, for pollution offences.
