Mission & Goals

QCentroid envisions a future where quantum computing drives innovation, sustainability, and strategic advantage across industries. Our mission is to provide an enterprise-grade platform that simplifies complex problem-solving, making quantum and advanced computing easy, affordable, and trustworthy. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge quantum technology and real-world business needs, we empower organizations to address critical global challenges—from climate action to financial optimization. Our purpose is to democratize access to quantum solutions through no-code tools, vendor-agnostic integrations, and AI-assisted orchestration, enabling companies of all sizes to unlock quantum’s full potential. QCentroid is committed to building a sustainable, digitally sovereign Europe through secure, scalable quantum adoption.

EU Legislative Interests

QCentroid engages in advocacy and public affairs activities aimed at contributing to and influencing EU-level strategic initiatives in quantum technologies. Our focus is on the following key legislative proposals, strategies, and programmes: -The EU Quantum Strategy, announced in the European Commission's 2025 Communication “A Competitiveness Compass for the EU”, which defines the Union’s long-term goals for quantum leadership and sovereignty. -The forthcoming European Quantum Act, a legislative initiative intended to support regulatory harmonisation, quantum infrastructure investment, and pan-European coordination. -The Horizon Europe Programme, particularly in the context of the Quantum Flagship and the implementation of the Strategic Research and Industry Agenda (SRIA 2030). -The Digital Europe Programme, including its support for the European Quantum Communication Infrastructure (EuroQCI), a key element in building Europe’s secure communication capabilities. -The European Chips Act, where the intersection with quantum processors and advanced computing technologies is relevant to our interests and activities. Our activities include participation in EU consultations, strategic discussions with EU institutions (notably DG CONNECT), collaboration with EU-funded networks, and contribution to policy-relevant research and recommendations. These efforts are aimed at ensuring that the EU regulatory and funding landscape reflects the needs of a competitive and innovative European quantum ecosystem.

Member Of

The company is in a strategic partnership with the European Quantum Industry Consortium, and our CEO is also a board member of the Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem. QCentroid has been selected as a member of the Open Quantum Institute. The Open Quantum Institute (OQI) is a multilateral governance initiative that promotes global and inclusive access to quantum computing and the development of applications for the benefit of humanity. As a novel science diplomacy instrument, it offers a neutral platform for international collaboration between research, diplomacy, private sector and philanthropy stakeholders. OQI is hosted by CERN during its pilot phase (2024-2026). QCentroid has been a member of the World Economic Forum’s Tech for Climate Adaptation project and work group, an ambitious initiative launched by the World Economic Forum (WEF). This project brings together some of the world’s most innovative and forward-thinking organizations to address the pressing challenges posed by climate change. After this detailed internal review, the total amount of annual costs declared stands at €42,696.26. This calculation is fully aligned with Section II.5 (Heading 14) of the Transparency Register Guidelines and reflects a conservative and transparent estimate of qCentroid’s current EU advocacy activities.
