Mission & Goals

Our experience in the construction industry has enabled us to build strong financial sustainability, while steadily increasing both our assets and capital base. Observing market trends and the broader economic development—not only in Kosovo, but across the Western Balkans and into Europe—we have shaped a clear and forward-looking vision: to invest in industrial growth that aligns with regional and European needs. Europe is a growing market with an increasing demand for industrial supplies that prioritize energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. This creates a significant opportunity for businesses committed to innovation and sustainability. Over the next 3 to 5 years, our goal is to become one of the leading producers in the Balkan region, specializing in high-quality, environmentally conscious products. These will be manufactured according to European standards and supplied across the continent through efficient and sustainable production lines.

EU Legislative Interests

Our projects aligns closely with several key EU policy priorities and legislative proposals, particularly those set out in the European Green Deal, the Industrial Strategy for Europe, and the Circular Economy Action Plan. By establishing new production facilities and fully automated industrial lines, our objective is to: Support the EU Green Deal goals by investing in sustainable production processes that minimize emissions, reduce energy consumption, and integrate renewable energy sources. Contribute to the circular economy through efficient material use, waste reduction, and the production of environmentally responsible building materials. Advance the EU Industrial Strategy by increasing regional manufacturing capacity, supporting industrial modernization, and strengthening EU-wide supply chains. Enhance SME competitiveness and innovation, as we are a regional SME expanding with a vision to meet EU quality and environmental standards. Respond to the Fit for 55 package by implementing energy-efficient systems and adhering to carbon neutrality targets in line with the EU Climate Law. Our investment will not only create local and regional economic value but also ensure compliance with EU environmental and social standards, supporting long-term integration into the EU market.

Communication Activities

As part of our commitment to transparency, sustainability, and alignment with EU priorities, we plan a set of communication activities aimed at raising awareness of the EU policies guiding our investment and promoting best practices in industrial innovation and environmental responsibility. Planned communication activities include: Launch events and open factory days, where local stakeholders, business partners, and institutional representatives will be invited to see firsthand how EU-supported investments are contributing to green and sustainable industrial development. A targeted digital communication campaign (via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), highlighting our alignment with the European Green Deal, the Circular Economy Action Plan, and the EU Industrial Strategy. These campaigns will showcase our sustainable processes, use of energy-efficient technologies, and commitment to EU standards. Educational workshops and info sessions for local SMEs, students, and professionals to share knowledge on EU sustainability goals, digital transformation in manufacturing, and opportunities under EU funding instruments. Publication of periodic progress reports and visual content (videos, infographics, brochures) that illustrate how the project contributes to EU environmental, economic, and industrial strategies. Participation in regional and European industrial fairs and policy forums, promoting cross-border cooperation and sharing our journey as a model of successful EU-aligned industrial investment in the Western Balkans. These activities are not only intended to ensure visibility of EU support but also to inspire wider engagement in green industrial transformation, aligned with the EU’s strategic goals.
