Mission & Goals
When it comes to the areas of our work, from the foundation to the present day we have been guided by consistency and have been focused on segments that are directly related to our idea. With the growth of the organization, the expansion of the PRONI story to the national, regional and European level, we have complemented our original goals with closely related areas of work. All of our areas of work are focused on improving the position of young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also beyond. At the time of the creation of the PRONI Center for Youth Development, the guiding star was precisely young people and a life tailored to their needs, and above all a life in which they will live safely, in peace, where their basic human rights will be respected, where laws will be applied, negative influences will be prevented, positive energy will be spread through youth activism, volunteerism, travel, getting to know others and the different.
