Mission & Goals
Among its organization, Prometeia reports one division fully dedicated to the life cycle of the credit: CRIOS (CRedit Intelligence Optimization & Strategy). The scope of the division is to support our clients in designing and implementing processes, procedures and instruments to optimize all the phases of the lifecycle of the credit: origination, monitoring and management including structure finance transactions.
EU Legislative Interests
Considering our only participation in the European Commission NPL Advisory Panel all the legislative proposals referring to non-perfoming loans (NPLs) and securitisation.
Communication Activities
NPL Advisory panel started in 2021 and, after four years, has been extended for another two years through a new Call for Applications. The mandate has been updated as well. In specific, the role has been established to assist the Commission in monitoring and assessing the situation of non performing loans (NPLs), providing expert analysis on NPL secondary markets, identifying areas where further action or specific policy approaches may be needed, and offering targeted policy recommendations for possible future initiatives related to NPLs (please refer to EC website, Register of Commission Expert Groups and Other Similar Entities, NPL Advisory Panel).
