We are a selected member to the NPL Advisory Panel. It is a consultative body established by DG FISMA (Directorate-General for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union) of the European Commission. This Panel: • Influences EU regulation and supervisory expectations on NPLs • Shapes how servicing platforms, data models, and workflows are designed • Sets the direction for digitalisation, transparency, and conduct standards • Directly impacts banks, servicers, and fintech providers operating in Europe
