The service agreements with these clients concern private transactions and consultations, and are not linked to any EU initiatives. 'Partners' is simply the name we use to refer to our clients. Depending on the services requested and scope of the project, we may enroll some of our clients in the specific project through means of a consortium or a collaboration agreement. However, this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
