Philip Lee LLP is a full-service commercial law firm delivering exceptional legal services across multiple jurisdictions. Our mission is to provide innovative, practical and commercially-focused legal solutions that enable clients to achieve their business objectives. The firm, however, does not seek instructions aimed at influencing the formulation or implementation of EU policy otherwise than in connection with the provision of legal advice to its clients. The primary objective of the firm in registering for the Transparency Register is to join the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA)'s EU Working Group 2040 Task Force, to which we have been invited by IETA.
