Mission & Goals
Phenix Strategy Advisors is a consulting firm covering risk and governance, compliance, strategy, tax and expert witness and regulatory reviews. We are a group of seasoned industry professionals from across Financial Services, Regulators, Compliance, Governance and Audit and Tax. Our primary focus is Financial Services and Commodity regulation, Energy (physical and derivatives), Agriculture (physical and derivatives) across Europe the Middle East and APAC. For our comodity related clients they are large corporates with multiple physical assets across the EU employing thousands of people and supporting energy and agricultural security for the Union. We also provide support to law firms and others for CP assessments, post enforcement remediation activities as well as independent governance and compliance reviews. EU Legislative Interests
Will be contingent on our clients underlying needs. CAP, 2030 Agenda Sustainability, REMIT, EMIR, MiFId 2/MiFIR, Renewable Energy Directive, etc. Previous experience has been through direct and indirect discussions and consultations with the Commission and applicable DG's for EMIR, MiFID, MiFID2/R, MAD, Transparency Directive, Financial; Stability etc. At present, the primary focus would be energy and agriculture related matters for our clients who have assets and employees within the EU.
